At 8am (LA time) last Friday was my flight time, so naturally I got up at 4am to get a running session in before heading to the airport. Of course the reason was that I wanted to try and beat the jetlag!
I landed in Milan at 8 in the morning on Saturday and my focus was set on staying awake until the evening- jetlag is always the worst traveling east.
My master plan was going for a run, so I did that, I had a coffee with Janhvi in Varese and then I went to Ascona with Iza in the evening to a jazz festival- best idea ever, by the way!
Ascona is beautiful and the jazz was fantastic- apparently most of the musicians came from New Orleans!
I succeeded in both staying awake and beating the jetlag, and after dropping Iza off in Lugano I was home at 1am- so tired but very happy with the evening!

After a week in the US i opted for veggies for dinner… And the bike you see up there; it was a smoothie place, and you got a 15% discount if you put the smoothie maker on it and made your own smootie- so cool! The lady on stage was F.A.N.T.A.S.T.I.C!! She just owned the audience!
And then, back to normal routines- my morning green smootihe, loads of spinach, frozen pineapple, a few strawberries and some ginger- mahhhh!!
On Sunday I did as little as possible- went for a hike up Sacro Monte and watched the World Cup 🤗🤗
This weekend I am in Riccione, more on that later 😉
