FOCUS!

I am always looking for ways to improve myself, and one of the things I know will help is meditation and mindfulness, so today I ‘stumbled’ upon a great TED talk about the subject. Just wanted to share it:

 

 

And to follow up on the research done by Amishi Jha and her team, here are some techniques I found that I will try and should be helpful:
