Ok, so quit my job today- don’t know yet when I will start my new job, but am guessing within a month:-D!
Good workout today, 15 minute warming up on the treadmill, 30 minutes weight lifting and then 1 hour of interval spinning- beat now!
Just consumed my absolute favourite everything- smoothie:)! Banana, icecubes, frozen berries, water and chocolate protein powder- gad damn it’s good:-D!!
Now- inspiration:
