So we are getting some new info here, which is great, but not to interesting for others…:)
Had a bit of a spa-session yestersday-got a 25 minute massage and a 25 minute facial- which was aaaamazing!! I should most definetly do that more often!
Getting some great morning runs done here- 1 h 30 min yestersday- low intensity- 7mph- around 11,6 kmh, and did 45 minutes of intervals today- was so hard, had to remind myself on ‘no pain, no gain’…! Did some ab, push ups and plank also- good workout.
So looking forward to travel on my own next week- going ti rent a car- yeah!!!
